Emergency Assistance Fund – Guidance: Please read this carefully before continuing

"Emergency Assistance Fund is available to any victim of crime who is in urgent need of financial help as a direct result of a specific crime and has no means of accessing funding from any other source. In addition to this Emergency Assistance Fund is also available for some people who live outside Scotland and who have been a victim of crime that happened in Scotland."

Applications will only be considered

  • If they fully meet the Emergency Assistance Fund eligibility criteria
  • The form has been completed with all the relevant information required to support the application through the process.

Applications will be Rejected if they do not meet the criteria for funding
